TOS
-There will be absolutely NO using my art as AI or NFTs.
-If my art is to be used for commercial purposes, we will negotiate the price. You must tell me if a piece is intended to be used commercially. Commercial work, be it an illustration or design, is subject to incredibly inflated prices.
-Adopts and Customs can be resold, but not for more than they were purchased unless they include extra art.
-I reserve the right to decide if something is too complex and I need to charge more. Similarly, I can choose to charge less if I feel like it.
-I will keep you updated on the progress of your commission. You have the right to correct mistakes, and I will show you the piece at multiple stages for you to make sure everything checks out. If changes are requested to the composition after I finish the lines, I have the right to decline them.
-For large commissions, I will ask for half the payment upon delivery and approval of the sketch, and the remaining payment once complete. You will be emailed the full, uncompressed piece.
-Payment is through PAYPAL invoice.
-If you post a commission to your socials, please tag me!WILL draw:
